NNDSB's Student Well-being and Mental Health Program follows court appointed parenting orders on decision making authority. If there is a joint decision-making order in place, both parents/caregivers need to provide consent for service.
Please note, if your child is currently receiving therapy/counselling services in the community, they are not eligible for identical services within the Near North District School Board. This program addresses symptoms impacting on social, emotional, and academic success at school. We do not provide service for issues that present only outside of the school environment. Please contact your school for options for community support.
